What do mothers want?
Well, it depends on who you ask. Some want a happy marriage, some like a fat bank account. Quite a few of us want a rewarding career, and almost every mom I know is still looking for that perfect pair of casual-fancy shoes.
We want bouncy hair and perky boobs, and we’re not afraid to break down the walls that have kept us hidden for so long. We have strong and polarizing opinions on parenting/breastfeeding/formula/diapering/clothes/relationships/sex/family planning and Narendra Modi.
But if there’s one thing that unites every mother, one thread that weaves through all our desires, it is this:
(Are you listening God?)
For one day.
JUST FOR ONE DAY, CAN MY KIDS STOP COUGHING INTO MY EYEBALLS AND RUBBING THEIR GERMY HANDS ON EVERY SURFACE?
PLEASE?
